just feel like a change is needed to this place lately. Not that i wna say what i've been writing in the past year is not myself but i just have a feeling that it's time for me to hv more inputs abt my personal instinctive feelings to all the things here. so, pls bare with me.

IKEA Holiday Products browsing

I stopped by Ikea yesterday and feel so excited to see that lots of new Christmas products are in already in the last section of the basement level . I just loveeee doing all sorts of decorations around this period of time and I would def bring some home if i wont be away for vacation this year. I see quite a lot of cool stuff in there, must check them all out if you're planning to decorate yr place this Christmas! ;) Have fun shopping for the decorations!

Trip to States- Drugstore Haul

So Walgreens is our first stop of the trip, and the followings are the few stuff i picked up:

• Maybelline Mineral Power Foundation- I rarely finish a tube of foundation but this one (in HK version tht comes with a lil pump), has been finished up about a month ago! (and this one is on sale for 5 bucks when i got it. yay!) love the light texture while providing enough coverage at the same time- perfect for daily usage!
• Carmex lip products- so i guess i dont hv to make further talk on how great these are!
• Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/ Mask- I think this product is recommended in one of videos by Michelle Phan and wanted to try these long ago, but unfortunately our local drugstore doesn't carry it. I've tried this once today and feeling quite refreshing after, hope it would do a good job in getting rid of the blackheads & pimples!
• Maybelline XXL Pro- one of the best maybelline's mascara in lengthening, can't wait to try it out!
• Wet n' Wild eyebrow pencil & eye shadow- i think i've finally find the right shade for my eyebrow! love it! (and it only costs 1 buck!!)
• Crest 3D White multi-care whitening rinse- i dun have a habit of using these kind of rinse but the reason i got it is becuz it shares the same ingredients as the Whitestrips, cuz i personally hate using those so i really hope this will share the same whitening result!
• Vaseline petroleum gel- boring stuff. but the reason i bought them is to make my perfume stays longer! (as the scents of my DKNY apples tends to fade away within few hrs after application..)
• PanOxyl acne cleansing soap- you can make no foam out of it- a bit more to the medication side!

That's pretty much abt it. A mini clothing haul coming up tmr! (which is also the last part)

Estée Lauder Pleasures Bloom Eau de Parfum Spray

I didn't notice Estée Lauder has their own fragrance line until I saw their ad campaign on magazine. The ad comes with a sample of the scent- I'm so in love with it! I believe this is a 2nd edition of its original one, Pleasures, with the new fruity scents added, the feeling it gives off is just so vibrant and youthful!

I actually like this resort collection lot better than the main line's. The neutral color palette is absolutely flattering, the simple sleekness and urban chic is def very Alexander Wang- and i love it very much! Heart for the shoes in the lookbook as well. Seems like my two pairs of ankle laced-up booties in black and brown (my current favs) could get massive amount of usage not only for winter, but in spring/ summer too!

Trip to States Haul- Accessories

I decided to do the accessories part first today simply becuz i just can't wait to share the purchase i made for the Mulberry for Target collection!(yay) I picked up 3 cute items in the Forever 21 accessories store before visiting Target. As I've just done my ear piercing for abt a month, I now feel like exploring a whole new world- Earrings Earrings & Earrings! The "earrings wall" in the store kinda wowed me by a bit when i got in there. (haha) Anyways, I'm really happy with the purchases, esp when they all cost usd$3.80 each only!

So moving onto the bag. I knew all the Target stores would make a restock for the products the day i go, so of course, the store has been added to the must-go checkpoint list. I'm not sure if they did a restock every all the items in the collection, but I'm pretty sure it went out real quick- by the time i got there, there were very few one left in black( velvet, patent and pebble) and some more in the pink leopard pattern. I'm lucky enough to find the one I wanted to get which is the Black Pebble crossbody bag. so the other one is my sis's!

Trip to States Haul- Shoes

My long weekend is over, and it actually did go quite abundant as I wished. So I had a trip down to states today, purpose is to do whole lot of shopping of course! Made quite a lot of good purchases from here and there, I then decided to share them and do the hauls separately in different categories. I’m gonna start off with the shoes today because I'm actually returned with three new pairs within a day. (Haha) The first pair is just a very simple pair of white converse from their outlet store. Lately I just found a need of hving a pair of comfy shoes to slip on while going out for a walk, to get groceries or anything other than flats. Just can’t wait to get them stained or dusted cuz, Converse always looks best dirty! So the next two are what fascinates me the most in this trip, I'd say they're the best purchases. I’m feeling real lucky today, I ran into Urban Outfitters and they are actually having an additional 50% off for Women’s sale! And these two lovely pairs of booties are totally a steal, costing $9.99 after discount each, and no tax for BC residents, isn’t this too exciting?! I would have brought two more pairs home but unfortunately they ran out of my size:(

H&M Holiday 2010 Collection Lookbook

I got really excited while looking through this lookbook, not only the pieces, but the color palette that features the signature holiday colors(red, black & white),also the love and joyfulness I feel in the pictures is absolutely fascinating! I just couldn't wait for this holiday to come. There are certainly few pieces i wanted to pick up in this collection such as the golden back tube dress in tulip shape, the lacy see-through short sleeved top, also the furry scarf could be kinda interesting too! you guys ready to shop for your holiday looks yet?
